With experience in individual and group settings, I have addressed anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and life changes as a psychologist and counsellor. I am committed to offering effective strategies and support to help individuals overcome challenges and succeed in today's fast-paced world.

I bring experience and qualifications as a mental health counsellor, therapist, and career coach. With a Master's degree in psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Therapies, Life coaching and several years of hands-on practice, I have supported diverse individuals from all walks of life in overcoming various challenges. My background includes extensive training in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
 
Additionally, I hold certifications in career coaching and have guided numerous clients in discovering their passions, aligning their goals, and making fulfilling career transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy, non-judgment, and a genuine commitment to the well-being and growth of my clients.
